Making your own banner is fun and Easy. The Best one I have found online that is free to use and simple to figure out is BannerSketch ...
Another one I like is addesigner.com. They have "flash" banners, but the drawback with them, is you have to keep their logo at the bottom of the banner.
MyBannermaker.com is really awesome too.. Check it out!
